Scope of This Policy

This policy is applicable to all users of XoX Ride Tech Inc., doing business as Go Donkey App and GoDonkeyApp.com including both User/Shippers and Drivers (and Driver applicants). It covers all Xox Ride Tech Inc, dba Go Donkey App platforms and services, such as our apps, websites, features, and other services (collectively referred to as the "Xox Ride Tech Inc,dba Go Donkey Platform"). Please note that your use of the Xox Ride Tech Inc,dba Go Donkey Platform is also governed by our Terms of Service.

The Information We Collect

When you use the Xox Ride Tech Inc,dba Go Donkey Platform, we gather various types of information, including information you provide, usage data, and device information. We also collect information from third-party services and optional programs you participate in, which we may combine with other data we have about you. Here are the categories of information we collect:

A. Information You Provide to Us

Account Registration: When creating an account, you provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, birth date, and payment details. You can also add more information to your User/Shippers profile, like your photo, saved addresses, and preferred pronouns.
Driver Information: If you apply to be a Driver, we collect information provided in your application, including your name, email, phone number, birth date, profile photo, address, government ID number, driver’s license details, vehicle information, car insurance information, payment details, bank routing numbers, and tax information. Additional information may be required based on your driving location.
SOS Contact Information: We collect contact list permissions to list contacts for the SOS feature in the user and driver apps.
Ratings and Feedback: We gather the information you provide when rating and giving feedback about Delivery Rides or Drivers.
Communications: When you contact us or vice versa, we collect any information provided, including the contents of messages or attachments.

B. Information We Collect When You Use the Xox Ride Tech Inc,dba Go Donkey Platform

Location Information: We collect location data (including GPS and WiFi data) based on your app settings, device permissions, and whether you are using the platform as a User/Shippers or Driver. For User/Shippers, this includes precise location data when using the app, even in the background. For Drivers and User/Shippers, it includes precise location data when the app is open and running in driver mode and for a limited time after exiting driver mode to detect incidents.
Location Permissions: Go Donkey App requires access to your device's location services to provide real-time tracking of drivers for customers. This location data is used exclusively to enhance the user experience by allowing customers to monitor the status and location of their deliveries in real time. We ensure that your location data is handled with the utmost care and is only shared with the parties necessary to complete your service request. By using our app, you consent to this use of location data as part of our service.
Usage Information: We collect details about your use of the platform, such as ride information (date, time, destination, distance, route, payment), and interactions with the platform (pages and content viewed, dates and times of use).
Device Information: We gather data about the devices you use to access the platform, including device model, IP address, browser type, operating system version, carrier, manufacturer, radio type, preferences, settings, application installations, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, and push notification tokens. For Drivers, we also collect mobile sensor data from your device.
Communications Between User/Shippers and Drivers: We use a third party to facilitate text messages between User/Shippers and Drivers without sharing phone numbers but we do share phone numbers between drivers and users when calls are made during a ride or deliveries. We collect information about these communications, including participants' phone numbers, date, time, and SMS contents. For security, we may monitor or record phone calls made through the platform, with prior notice.
Address Book Contacts: With your device permissions, we access your contact lists to help you refer friends to the platform. We store the names and contact information from your address book.
Cookies, Analytics, and Third-Party Technologies: We use cookies, tracking pixels, data analytics tools like Google Analytics, SDKs, and other third-party technologies to understand how you navigate the platform, interact with advertisements, enhance your experience, improve the site, and serve you better ads on other sites. You can modify your cookie settings in your web browser.

C. Information We Collect from Third Parties

Third-Party Services: These services provide information necessary for core aspects of the platform and additional services, programs, loyalty benefits, and promotions. This includes background check providers, insurance partners, financial service providers, marketing providers, and others.
Enterprise Programs: If you use the platform through your employer or another organization participating in our Business enterprise programs, we collect information from those parties.
Concierge Service: If an organization orders a delivery ride for you, they provide us with your contact information and the pickup and drop-off locations.
Referral Programs: If someone refers you to the platform, we collect information about you from that referral.
Other Users and Sources: We may receive information about you from other users, public or third-party sources, law enforcement, insurers, media, or pedestrians.

How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information to:

Provide the Xox Ride Tech Inc,dba Go Donkey Platform;
Maintain the security and safety of the platform and its users;
Build and maintain the community;

Improve the platform;

How We Share Your Information

A. Sharing Between Users

User/Shippers and Drivers: We share information between User/Shippers and Drivers to facilitate delivery rides. This includes sharing names, profile photos, ratings, real-time locations, and vehicle details. We also share ride details if requested or paid for by others, through referral programs, and in shared rides.

B. Sharing With Third-Party Service Providers

We may share your personal information with service providers for various business purposes, including maintaining accounts, processing transactions, providing customer service, verifying identities, detecting fraud, and providing marketing and advertising services.

C. For Legal Reasons

We may share your information to comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Service, cooperate with law enforcement, or protect our rights and safety.

D. In Connection with Sale or Merger

We may share your information during negotiations or in relation to a change of corporate control, such as a merger or sale.

E. Upon Your Further Direction

With your permission or direction, we may disclose your information to interact with a third party or for other purposes.

How We Store and Protect Your Information

Children’s Data
